Corrugated debut:
Successes for the packaging and displays supply chain

From 19 to 22 May 2026, FESPA launched ‘Corrugated’, a new trade fair and conference, in Barcelona. This new accompanying event, part of the FESPA 2026 programme, took place alongside FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest and Textile.

Organised by FESPA and Brunton Publications, ‘Corrugated’ was launched to provide small and medium-sized corrugated board converters with a platform on which to engage with technologies and regulations. The largest visitor groups came from Spain, the UK, Italy, Germany, Romania, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland and Ukraine, in descending order. Around 70 per cent of attendees held senior management positions and had decision-making authority.

Amit Shvartz, General Manager & COO at Scodix, commented: “The new FESPA event focusing on corrugated board was an absolute must for us. As a company serving the signage and displays market, it offered us the perfect opportunity to connect with key decision-makers, strengthen customer relationships and showcase our latest innovations and product developments.”

Mathew Faulkner, EMEA Marketing & Innovation Director at Canon Europe, said: “FESPA is the ideal event for us in the large-format market. It has brought the large-format community together and offered us a unique opportunity to explore new technologies and the latest developments shaping the industry.”

Nick Kirby, FESPA Ambassador for the corrugated board sector, said: “I’ve been looking forward to this event with great anticipation and I’m convinced we’ve made a very successful debut. We had good visitor numbers in the corrugated board section and there were some excellent discussions on the exhibition floor. Combined with the conference, which featured insightful presentations on market trends and the future of the industry, the overall feedback from visitors and exhibitors was overwhelmingly positive.”
