Mimaki Deutschland GmbH, a leading manufacturer of industrial inkjet printers and cutting plotters, is presenting new solutions for industrial UV-LED direct printing at FAKUMA in Friedrichshafen from 12 to 16 October. Visitors can find Mimaki in Hall A1, Stand 1420.
In addition, Mimaki will be showcasing a UJF200-6042 with belt and camera options, which has been developed for automated production environments. With these new systems, Mimaki is addressing the growing demands of industrial manufacturing facilities for greater efficiency, process reliability and automation. The printers enable direct printing onto a wide range of materials and three-dimensional objects.
The large-format JFX220-2515 combines productivity with automation features. Thanks to the new Anchor Technology, the vacuum is activated only where material is actually positioned. This reduces set-up times and simplifies operating procedures. Automatic positioning pins also support fast and precise material alignment. With production speeds of up to 42 square metres per hour, the system is ideally suited to industrial applications and high-quality promotional and functional graphics.
For industrial object and product printing, Mimaki is showcasing the new UJF200-6042, which offers a high degree of flexibility thanks to its precision print heads, fluorescent ink configurations and a maximum material height of 250 mm. Visitors can also experience a configuration with an integrated camera and belt option, which enables automatic workpiece positioning and integration into automated production lines. This reduces the need for manual intervention and paves the way for efficient mass production. Another highlight at the stand is the new RasterLink8 workflow software, which offers optimised job management and automated alignment functions.
