Eurolaser at K 2025

At this year’s K plastics trade fair in Düsseldorf, eurolaser GmbH will be presenting efficient high-end technology for industrial plastics processing in Hall 4, Stand B63 from 8 to 15 October 2025. The focus will be on the M-800 CO2 laser cutting system with automatic shuttle table, a solution for 24/7 operation according to eurolaser. Visitors can see the automated processing of plastics live at the trade fair stand.

 

The modular system demonstrates how laser technology combined with intelligent automation can minimise downtimes. The shuttle table is designed to enable parallel loading and unloading during the cutting process, a significant advantage for industrial manufacturing processes with high throughput. In addition, mechanical tools such as milling cutters can be integrated directly into the system and used in parallel with the laser, which opens up additional processing options for materials that cannot primarily be lasered.

 

Another highlight is the option for large-format laser engraving. With razor-sharp raster engravings on the entire processing surface, eurolaser aims to demonstrate the quality and versatility of its systems, an advantage for functional or decorative applications. The modular systems from eurolaser can be individually configured, are suitable for sheet material, sheets and rolls and, according to the manufacturer, are designed for maximum efficiency, flexibility and durability.

 

Eurolaser

The eurolaser success story began in a garage in 1994 when Matthias Kluczinski and his partners at the time founded eurolaser. They assembled the first production machines based on laser technology in a garage and at the same time looked for customers. Today, the Lüneburg-based company is one of the market leaders for large-format laser systems for cutting, engraving and marking in non-metal processing. These include plastics such as polyester or acrylic, wood and MDF, textiles and composites as well as many other materials.
