Sun Chemical will be presenting a comprehensive portfolio of colourants and high-performance polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) products at K 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for plastics and rubber, from 8 to 15 October in Düsseldorf.

These include innovations for colouring plastics, functional effects, new pigments, advanced effect coatings and colour solutions for fibres and e-mobility. In addition, PPS engineering compounds and PPS types for applications ranging from electric drives in automobiles to drinking water systems will also be presented.

Mimaki Germany, a leading manufacturer of inkjet printing and cutting technologies and international digital printing manufacturer, will be exhibiting two systems dedicated to the trade fair’s main theme of ‘Transition in Packaging’ and sustainable and climate-friendly business practices.

‘Digital printing combined with UV-LED technology is the optimal solution for sustainable packaging,’ emphasises Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director of Mimaki Germany GmbH. “Materials such as corrugated cardboard or glass can be printed flexibly, individually and without stencils – in any quantity and with varying designs.

Industrial Print Integration (IPI) is recognised as the leading industry conference for innovative printing applications. The 2025 programme includes developments in the fields of AI-supported robotics, human-machine interfaces and new printing technologies. The fourth edition of the industry event will take place on 12 and 13 November 2025 at the Crowne Plaza in Düsseldorf-Neuss.

Labelexpo Europe 2025, the largest event for label and packaging printing with over 650 exhibitors, presents ‘The Label Trail’ initiative developed by leading companies such as Avery Dennison, CERM, CarbonQuota, Esko, Grafisk Maskinfabrik, KURZ, SCRIBOS and Xeikon.

The European printing industry is facing major challenges with the implementation of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), particularly with regard to traceable documentation and the exchange of supply chain information required under new regulations.

Labelexpo, which takes place in Barcelona from 16 to 19 September 2025, is considered the most important event of the year for the global labelling and packaging industry. Highlights include challenges and solutions in global material supply chains, material trends in the labelling industry, innovations and next-generation materials.

Sun Chemical will be presenting printing inks, coatings, adhesives and professional services for packaging under the motto “Experience. Transformation” at stand 5-202 in hall 5 at FACHPACK, which takes place from 23-25 September in Nuremberg.

At this year’s K plastics trade fair in Düsseldorf, eurolaser GmbH will be presenting efficient high-end technology for industrial plastics processing in Hall 4, Stand B63 from 8 to 15 October 2025. The focus will be on the M-800 CO2 laser cutting system with automatic shuttle table, a solution for 24/7 operation according to eurolaser. Visitors can see the automated processing of plastics live at the trade fair stand.
