FESPA 2025
Forum for the speciality print industry

FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience brought together visionaries from the speciality print industry to discuss ways to turn industry trends into tangible growth opportunities.

The trade fairs in Berlin provided an opportunity to network, collaborate and explore new technologies that are driving the print, sign and personalisation industry forward. High-level decision makers such as decision makers, CEOs, managing directors, owners and managers were present. The presentations at the SmartHub conference, the programme and the wide range of exhibits under one roof were well received.

Michael Ryan, Director of FESPA Global Print Expo, explains: “The feedback from the 2025 shows has been phenomenal. Whether exhibitor or award winner, conference speaker or visitor, everyone found FESPA Global Print Expo and the parallel events a great opportunity to network and explore opportunities. The show returned to Germany this year with 44% more German visitors and 117% more visitors from Poland compared to Munich 2023, as well as well over 100 product and technology premieres, networking and much more. The overarching goal is to facilitate contacts with printing companies from all over the world and provide support for the growth and development of these companies, as well as the industry as a whole. We are already looking forward to the innovations and opportunities at next year’s shows in Barcelona.”

European Sign Expo 2025 saw a great line-up of exhibitors and the third Personalisation Experience introduced a new feature, the SmartHub. The next FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience and the second edition of Sportswear Pro will take place in Barcelona from 19-22 May 2026.
