FESPA Global Print Expo (6-9 May 2025, Messe Berlin) and the parallel events European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience await industry visionaries with a variety of products and solutions for speciality print, signmaking and personalisation.
Michael Ryan, Director of FESPA Global Print Expo, explains: ‘We are very much looking forward to Berlin. The theme of the event is Where Visionaries Meet. It highlights FESPA’s forward-thinking community of thought leaders, including visitors, exhibitors, award winners and association leaders. Furthermore, the new theme emphasises the function of our trade shows as a forum where visionaries can explore new opportunities and make ground-breaking decisions for their businesses.’ He adds: ‘In an industry like ours, which is constantly evolving, you always have to look ahead. How can we ensure a sustainable future? What impact will AI have on the sector? There are countless opportunities and we will be presenting these at our 2025 events.’

Exhibitors at FESPA and the parallel events European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience will include 3M, Brother, Caldera, Canon, Durst, EFI, EFKA, Epson, Fujifilm, Kit Builder, Kongsberg, Optimus Group Limited, Roland, Ricoh and swissQprint with their technologies, media, services and consumables. The eagerly awaited World Wrap Masters will also take place in Berlin. In the final, the regional champions will compete for the title of World Wrap Masters 2025.
The FESPA Awards recognise innovation and creativity across 18 categories, including print, sign and display, vehicle wrapping, apparel and textiles and special effects. Debbie McKeegan, Graeme Richardson-Locke, Jacek Stencel and Simon Pless make up the expert judging panel. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 7 May.
‘The exhibitors will be presenting their plans over the coming months,’ continues Ryan, ’and we are just as excited about the innovative opportunities they will bring to the show as we are about the new avenues for sustainable growth they will inspire the show audience to explore.’
