FESPA Global Print Expo 2024, European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience and the inaugural Sportswear Pro (19-22 March 2024 in Amsterdam) were attended by a global audience of decision makers who place a high priority on investing in business growth. New opportunities were presented during the four parallel events and the extensive feature and conference programme.
Concretising investment plans was a priority on the agenda for visitors to the four events. A total of 12,706 visitors attended, over 40 per cent of whom stayed for more than one day. Participants travelled from 120 countries, most of them from the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Italy, Belgium, France, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. Visitors praised the numerous solutions at the trade fair and the opportunities to talk to industry experts. In the words of Gabriello Gambale, Managing Director of Infinite Graphics Solutions: “I really like FESPA – we take away something new every year.”
Michael Ryan, Director of FESPA Global Print Expo, commented: “The conversations with exhibitors and visitors at the events show the creativity and motivation to find new solutions: The creativity and motivation to explore new solutions and ideas has inspired everyone to discover new horizons. The feedback from visitors was extremely positive. They praised the quality of our international exhibitor community with its diverse range of solutions for speciality printing and advertising technology. It’s really special to bring together so many like-minded companies and connect people from all over the world with the same goal: to grow and advance our industry and this incredible community. I’m excited about the coming months and can’t wait to see what will come of all these ideas and investments.”
Rigte Groenbroek, General Manager EMEA at Onyx Graphics, said: “FESPA is an important event for us where we can create international brand awareness, gather feedback from our markets and engage with our international distribution partners. FESPA provides us with the perfect mix of end customers and distributors from all parts of the EMEA region. It is also the ideal environment to develop relationships with the manufacturers of the printing and finishing solutions that our RIPs control. We are already thinking about our presence at FESPA 2025 in Berlin.”
Bernardo Lourenco, Business Development Manager at Apametal: “For us, FESPA is a really great event for print and signmaking. As we are now also expanding internationally, our participation this year was a matter of course. The organisers of this highly competitive show have given us excellent support right from the start.”
Laura Thompson, Digital Marketing Specialist at Kit Builder: “Our participation at FESPA was a great benefit. Not only did we get to meet a new industry and new customers, but we also learnt what else is going on in our field. Each of the parallel events was rich in innovation and creativity and we were delighted to be there.”
Mike Horsten, Global PR and Press Manager at Agfa: “We all know that FESPA is a must-attend event – a great environment to put new products in the spotlight. Its truly international flavour is also reflected in the visitors from all over the world.”
The next FESPA Global Print Expo and European Sign Expo will take place at Messe Berlin from 6 to 9 May 2025.
