Neil Felton, CEO of FESPA, has been honoured with the Girls Who Print Ally Award 2025 for his leadership role in the FESPA Foundation, an initiative promoting “Print For Good”. The FESPA Foundation encourages exhibitors to produce printed educational materials for schools in South Africa and other underserved communities.
FESPA partnered with Girls Who Print (GWP) at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 in Berlin to underscore its support for the organisation and diversity in the printing industry. During the show, GWP led a series of talks at the SmartHub conference. The conference talks invited FESPA visitors to listen to presentations by female leaders from the printing industry and share their knowledge and experiences of starting a career in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Neil Felton, CEO of FEPA, said: “I am deeply honoured to receive the Girls Who Print Ally Award 2025. We were delighted to begin a partnership with Deborah Corn this year, and for us, this is just the beginning. Girls Who Print is a truly inspiring organisation, and we are excited to see what the future holds for our relationship. This is more than just an award, it is global recognition for the FESPA Foundation, and I am proud to accept it on behalf of everyone who has supported us along the way.“
Deborah Corn, Managing Director of Girls Who Print, comments: “Our mission to support women in the printing industry throughout their careers will continue in 2026. The ARC and Print University strengthen this mission by expanding our access to experts, education, skills building, mentoring and professional development.”
