EyeC, a global provider of automated artwork verification and print image inspection systems, will be presenting pioneering solutions for automated print image inspection at Labelexpo Europe in Barcelona from 16 to 19 September 2025. Visitors can experience the quality assurance portfolio live in action at stand 5B11.
EyeC will showcase AI-powered features available for the EyeC ProofRunner product line. With AI-based defect classification based on image content, relevant defects can be precisely detected, categorised and filtered. The AI technology can be seen live on the EyeC ProofRunner Web HighLight, installed on the ‘ECOLINE RSH 340’ from machine manufacturer ROTOCON. The high-performance system enables fast and precise inline print inspections of labels and flexible packaging.
The Proofiler Graphic
With the revised Proofiler Graphic, EyeC presents the latest expansion stage of its proven inspection system. The system-independent, SaaS-based artwork proofreading software automatically compares print-ready files or step-and-repeat files with approved artwork. Specially developed for the requirements of the graphic arts industry and packaging production, the system offers high inspection speeds and improved usability. When integrated into the Esko Automation Engine workflow or in combination with HYBRID software, the proofing process can be automated.
Entry-level systems: the Proofiler 400 DT
Special attention is paid to the EyeC Proofiler 400 DT. As part of the scanner-based Proofiler product line, the compact demo system is aimed specifically at small and medium-sized companies looking to get started with automated sample inspection.
