Sustainable outdoor advertising
BIOND by Digidelta

Digidelta, a specialist manufacturer of digital printing, decoration, visual communication and textile materials, aims to support companies, marketers and brands with its sustainable BIOND range of bio-based films.

According to Digidelta, the recent launch of BIOND can solve an environmental problem in the outdoor advertising sector without compromising on the quality of the end product. BIOND is 85% bio-based and is made from plant products that absorb carbon dioxide during growth, which, according to the manufacturer, can reduce the carbon footprint by more than 80%. With BIOND from Digidelta, users can achieve results that match those of conventional PVC-based applications.

Digidelta manufactures all its products in-house at its production site in Portugal. Production is monitored by experts to ensure quality control of all materials. This also allows products to be delivered promptly to customers in all regions. Digidelta has also developed an online calculator that allows customers to clearly see the benefits of switching to BIOND. Users can enter how much conventional PVC material they currently use and see how many kilograms of carbon dioxide they can save by simply switching to BIOND.

Armando Mota, CEO of Digidelta, said: “Sustainability is a key focus for many brands, including some of the world’s most recognisable companies, and their marketing partners are under intense pressure to meet these requirements or risk being replaced by competitors who can offer solutions. There is no longer any reason – whether technical, economic or performance-related – why major brands should not demand BIOND films. They are cost-effective, equivalent or superior in usability, and reduce CO₂ emissions by over 80%.”
