Hybrid printer with versatility

Mimaki Europe, a leading manufacturer of industrial inkjet printers and cutting plotters, has announced the launch of the UJ330H-160, a hybrid UV inkjet printer designed to help sign makers and print service providers expand their printing capacities. The UJ330H-160 joins Mimaki’s 330 series and combines image quality and productivity in a versatile hybrid configuration.

Arjen Evertse, Sales Director at Mimaki Europe, says: “In today’s printer industry, companies must be more agile than ever. They are expected to deliver a wide variety of print jobs in the shortest possible time and with top-class quality, often within limited production space. With the UJ330H-160, we offer them a hybrid UV printing solution that enables them to achieve more without compromising performance — all with just one system.”

The newly developed conveyor belt system ensures stable feeding of various roll materials without wrinkles or sagging, even with thin window films, fabrics, and artificial leather. The integrated vacuum function and fixing units also allow the processing of large-format and thick media such as aluminum composite panels or foam boards. According to Mimaki, user-friendliness is a central aspect of the machine, which features a range of automation functions, including automatic settings that require no specialized expertise and ensure optimal printing conditions, thereby guaranteeing high output quality.

“With the UJ330H-160, we have taken the next step in our UV strategy,” says Arjen Evertse. “It offers versatility, stability, and advanced UV printing capabilities at a competitive price of under 40,000 euros and supports customers in future-proofing their businesses in an ever-evolving advertising graphics market.”

The UJ330H-160 will be presented in Europe at the most important trade fairs, including the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, and will be available from April 2026.
