FESPA 2026
Printing, signage, personalisation

FESPA will host the FESPA Global Print Expo and the accompanying European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience events in Barcelona from 19 to 22 May 2026. The event will feature two new additions, Corrugated and Textile, which will showcase exhibitions and content for packaging and display manufacturers as well as textile and clothing producers.

Five parallel events will offer visitors the opportunity to meet a wide range of experts from the speciality printing and signage industry and discover a range of products and solutions. Leading suppliers of the latest technologies, media, services and consumables for the speciality printing sector and related vertical markets will be presenting their offerings.

Michael Ryan, Director of FESPA Global Print Expo, comments: “It has been thirteen years since we last held a major FESPA exhibition in Spain, and we are delighted to be returning. This year’s event slogan, “The place for Experts”, underlines FESPA’s exceptional value as a global meeting place for visitors and exhibitors to share insights and innovations that have the potential to shape the future of speciality printing and visual communications. It reminds us of the energy and inspiration that comes from taking the time to network, learn and hear from the minds driving change.”

Ryan adds: ‘FESPA’s mission is to serve our global community. That’s why we’re offering visitors access to more knowledge and expertise than ever before in 2026, all with a single visitor pass. Our new, focused events on corrugated and textiles will provide visitors with a platform to explore new markets and consider diverse opportunities for growing their own businesses.’

FESPA 2026 will also include two free conference programmes on the topics of textiles/personalisation and corrugated. Registration for all events will open in January 2026, and visitors will be able to purchase super early bird tickets for £25.
