24/7 configurator for print & embroidery
Corporate fashion platform from Daiber

With the new online configurator for print and embroidery orders, Gustav Daiber GmbH now offers a clear and transparent way of calculating finishing prices around the clock and placing orders directly in the web shop.

With the configurator, the full-service provider Daiber is setting another milestone in its digital strategy. Registered customers can carry out finishing configurations themselves in the web shop and calculate prices based on individual motifs and order quantities. The intuitive operation enables quick finishing configurations to be made and exact calculations to be made without queries or price lists. In addition, the configuration can be ordered directly and the personal sales consultant takes over the final coordination. ‘With the new configurator, we are creating a sales-supporting digital offering with 24/7 availability in the area of finishing and are taking another decisive step towards customer-oriented digitalisation and sustainable competitiveness,’ explains André Knaus, Head of Marketing & Digital Operations at Daiber.

More flexibility, less complexity

Within the first week, the new tool recorded around 800 configurations from over 500 customers. ‘The positive response is a strong signal of acceptance in the market and proof of the need for fast, accessible solutions in the B2B sector,’ says Steffen Frank, Head of Digital at Daiber. Finishing is possible from just one item and customers can benefit from attractive prices for small print runs. Daiber automatically selects the optimum finishing process based on the item, colour, motif and material. In addition to the existing printing and embroidery technologies, Daiber is expanding its finishing range to include digital printing technology. Orders can be managed via the customer account and the status can be viewed at any time.

Outlook

With the configurator, Daiber aims to strengthen digital customer interfaces and drive forward the transformation of the textile company into a digital corporate fashion platform. Further functional enhancements for greater user convenience and retailer support are being planned.
