Intergraf calls for ‘Stop the clock’ EUDR

Intergraf, the European printing industry association, is calling for a postponement of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). It recognises the European Commission’s efforts to streamline the legislation by creating the category of ‘downstream operators’ with reduced due diligence obligations. However, according to Intergraf, the proposal entails significant changes along the value chain. Changes that require sufficient time for stakeholders, policymakers and Member States to analyse. Given the current deadline of 30 December 2025, this is extremely difficult.

EUDR: Stop the clock!

The German Printing and Media Association is calling for the immediate suspension of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) for at least twelve months. This time must be used for a fundamental revision of the EUDR, as the regulation is not feasible for companies in the printing and media industry.

Productronica 2025 – SVHC-free solder mask solution

FESPA 2026 Printing, signage, personalisation

FESPA will host the FESPA Global Print Expo and the accompanying European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience events in Barcelona from 19 to 22 May 2026. German printing and media industry stable in October 2025

The seasonally adjusted business climate index calculated by the BVDM showed an increase of 0.4 per cent compared to the previous month. While companies rated the current business situation slightly worse than in September, expectations for the coming six months improved. The positive development of business expectations contributed to the stabilisation of the business climate.
