Sun Chemical will be showcasing innovations in the fields of plastics, sustainability and material solutions at FAKUMA in Friedrichshafen. In Hall B4, Stand 4102, the company will be showcasing DIC.PPS solutions and its masterbatch portfolio from 12 to 16 October, with a focus on electrification, thermal management, water systems, recycling and sustainable product design.
DIC.PPS solutions
Z-240 BLACK for thermal shock resistance, temperature and chemical resistance in busbars, connectors, pumps and electric motor components.
Z-650-MV BLACK with a medium CTI rating, combining thermal shock resistance with electrical performance for hybrid applications combining metal and plastic.
TX-2010-HV BLACK with a high CTI rating, enabling compact electrical designs with shorter creepage distances in high-voltage applications.
Z-200-XP BLACK for extrusion with thermoforming properties for pipe extrusion, fluid transport, and heating and cooling systems.
Masterbatch solutions
Near-infrared masterbatch, a carbon black-free technology that improves the sortability and recyclability of plastics in automated recycling streams.
TropoSol C100 agricultural film: A heat-sensitive greenhouse film technology that adapts to environmental conditions.
Masterbatch for WPC: Combines the natural look of wood with the durability and processability of plastics.
Sustainable Sicolen and Sicoversal masterbatches in granule form, which support material development and production.
