Digidelta, a manufacturer specialising in digital printing, decoration, visual communication and textiles, announces the availability of Decal Dot Matrix, a bubble-free, self-adhesive, monomeric vinyl with a thickness of 100 microns.
Compatible with solvent, latex and UV printing technologies, Decal Dot Matrix is designed for short-term promotional graphics and allows printed graphics to be applied and repositioned with relative ease on flat, smooth and non-porous surfaces. With a durability of up to six months, it is suitable for use in public and commercial spaces. The special adhesive prevents vinyl problems such as wrinkling and bubbling and allows users to reposition the material several times without leaving any residue. In addition, graphics can be removed cleanly without leaving unsightly residues or damaging surfaces.
Decal Dot Matrix is available in clear gloss and white matt versions with a width of up to 1.6 metres. Clear gloss provides transparency for projects such as interior mirrored window graphics where the text can be read from the outside. The white matt option offers complete opacity to differentiate spaces and create privacy. The product also features a double layer of PE to protect the vinyl from moisture, preventing issues such as rippling and curling during printing, finishing and installation.
‘Decal Dot Matrix is the innovative solution that is changing the market for adhesive films for short-term advertising campaigns,’ says Carlos Alves, Export Manager at Decal. ‘This environmentally friendly monomeric adhesive has been developed to exceed user expectations and needs, offering easy application, repositionability and quick and clean removal at a cost-effective price, without the need for professional installers.’
