In the transactional printing sector, there is a growing demand for high-speed inkjet printing systems that offer high efficiency and are compatible with digital data. More and more companies are turning to this technology, which enables the publishing industry to transition from large inventories and outdated print runs to more flexible production.
Sustainable high-speed printing
SCREEN GA launched the Truepress JET 520NX in 2016, a system known for outstanding, stable print quality at high speeds and used by numerous companies in the transactional printing, direct mail and publishing sectors. Building on this success, SCREEN GA introduces the Truepress JET 520NX AD. This new printer inherits proven features from its predecessor while offering improvements in productivity and ease of use.
Innovative printing technologies
The Truepress JET 520NX AD achieves a print speed of 225 m/min, enabling it to meet tight production deadlines, supported by the newly developed Truepress Ink NP, a high-density, water-based pigment ink. In addition, the new model is equipped with SCREEN GA’s JetInspection system, which is designed to enable complete error checking of all printed pages. An automatic nozzle cleaning system reduces labour, while a precise nozzle balancing function ensures consistent print quality.
