Sustainability initiative with new conductive inks
In the field of printed electronics, Henkel emphasised this commitment with various well-designed demonstration objects that highlight the practical application of sustainable principles. Examples were presented of how innovations can shape a sustainable future for the industry. To this end, Henkel presented innovative and highly conductive silver inks based on recycled silver as a raw material.
Material formulation and application development
In addition, Henkel presented functional material innovations for printed electronics solutions in various industrial applications at the show. This included a materials portfolio for key industries such as connectivity, mobility and healthcare with various demonstration parts and material samples for smart surfaces, smart healthcare and antenna solutions. Henkel also showcased new products, including highly conductive silver inks, a silver-plated copper ink and a new PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ink. In addition to the material solution portfolio for printed electronics, Henkel also highlighted development capabilities supported by a broad partner network. The focus was on solutions for wearables, printed heating elements and innovative pad printing antenna solutions using the pad printing process. In addition, the company is continuously developing printed electronics solutions for 5G connectivity.
