TecStyle Visions 2025
Textile printing from Multi-Plot

Digital textile printing has many possibilities, which Multi-Plot would like to present at the upcoming TecStyle Visions, which will take place from 13 to 15 February 2025 in Stuttgart. Well-known partners such as MIMAKI, EPSON, Maegis and HEATJET will be helping to organise the trade fair stand in Hall 6, Stand 6C21, and topics such as sublimation, sublifusion and direct-to-foil will be addressed and presented to visitors.

Sublifusion, for example, refers to the manufacture of textile products from cotton, viscose, blended fabrics or glass fibre. The resulting products are washable, breathable and abrasion-resistant. The process itself is environmentally friendly as it does not require any solvents, extra coating or other treatments.

Coordinated textile printing machines and calenders from the named partners will represent the workflow of the sublimation process. The corresponding machine combinations ensure brilliant colours and sharp-edged textile products during sublimation.

The DTF printing process is also scrutinised. DTF transfer printing is a simple and cost-effective process for finishing garments, especially T-shirts. The direct-to-foil production process offers many advantages over conventional printing processes such as flex, DTG or screen printing. Contour cutting and weeding are not necessary, no separate transfer foils or pre-treatment of textiles and can be used for white and black clothing. These are advantages that result in time savings, higher production speeds and lower investment and production costs. Another special feature is that the components for DTF transfer are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 and are therefore also ideal for the production of baby clothing.

In addition to printing systems, product examples, textile samples, ink and transfer paper variants will be presented at the trade fair stand for illustration purposes. TecStyle Visions is predestined to cover the information needs of customers and to be used for the exchange and communication of new technical details. Multi-Plot uses the trade fair as a meeting point for professionals and offers access to the latest technologies and practices in the field of digital textile printing.
