Sun Chemical is presenting a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for graphic, textile and industrial printing applications at FESPA 2025. Under the motto ‘Experience. Transformation’, visitors to stand D40 in hall 1.2 will be able to see key aspects of Sun Chemical’s digital solutions. New products for the graphics and textile sectors will be presented, as well as an ink portfolio for applications in large and super-large format inkjet, textile inkjet and screen printing.
Large format printing
Introducing the new Sun Chemical Streamline Toccata, a water-based ink developed for poster printing and corrugated display applications. Based on a dispersion and resin chemistry, Toccata inks are suitable for the high demands of display graphics in poster and point-of-purchase corrugated applications. Sun Chemical is also introducing a new UV ink technology for low viscosity printheads. Complementing Sun Chemical’s UV technology portfolio, the range includes CMYK, white and varnish and is a low viscosity formula that requires no heating in the printer. The low-odour eco-solvent ink series with GREENGUARD Gold certification will also be presented. The Streamline ESL 2 and Ultima inks will be presented in an updated form and are compatible with Epson i3200 and Brother print heads. The range is complemented by the Streamline TVL 2 and TEL2 series, which have been developed for eco-solvent inkjet printers, in particular Roland’s TrueVis SG2 and VG2.
Textiles
FESPA 2025 marks the launch of Xennia Sapphire, pigment inks for textiles designed for vibrant colours and high durability in fabrics. The inks are suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics and cover the spectrum of wide format and industrial printers with low, medium and high viscosity digital print head platforms. Xennia Sapphire inks are based on Sun Chemical dispersions and are designed for good colour performance and excellent wash fastness and durability. Also on display is Xennia Jade, a direct-to-film ink series with vibrant colours and highly opaque white, designed to ensure outstanding quality, stability and reliability. Sun Chemical will also showcase sublimation inks, including ElvaJet Opal and ElvaJet Topaz, as well as Xennia Amethyst reactive inks and Xennia Agate acid inks.
Industrial applications
SunJet, Sun Chemical’s global inkjet brand, will showcase ink and process solutions for applications such as graphics, décor, direct-to-shape, industrial and packaging. SunJet will also present its co-operations with OEM partners, system integrators and printhead manufacturers. The SEPAREL degassing modules will also be presented, which represent an advance in degassing technology developed by DIC Corporation and are designed to ensure optimum ink performance with minimal pressure loss.
