Multi-Plot DTF systems
at the TecStyle Visions

DTF systems were omnipresent at this year’s TecStyle Visions in Stuttgart. The Multi-Plot stand was largely equipped with DTF printing systems from Maegis.

Direct-To-Foil is currently on everyone’s lips, the design possibilities are extensive and interest is high. The printing process offers more than just printing on T-shirts, which Multi-Plot presented with its partner Maegis. Various transfer printing systems from 57 cm to 120 cm print width, with water-based inks, 4 or 8 colours, offered new potential. Applications using the DTF process on leather, artificial leather, felt, home textiles or non-woven fabrics can be easily realised and open up new areas of business.

In addition, Multi-Plot has a DTF system with UV-curing inks in its range that enables stickers to be printed and processed quickly and efficiently. DTF was a highlight at TecStyle Visions and brought Multi-Plot many visitors, curious glances, interesting discussions and promising contacts.

In addition to the DTF technology, the MIMAKI TS330-160 was presented as the basis for the innovative TRAPIS concept, a new transfer system with textile pigment dyes for cotton, natural fibres, blended fabrics and nonwovens. An important component of the printer is the Klieverik VERTEX calender. The harmonised machine combination is available from Multi-Plot. A transfer press from LOTUS and a HeatJet Calender 24evo1 were used for sublimation on blankets, towels, mats, spectacle cleaning cloths or covers for hot water bottles. Depending on the application, these devices can be used universally and are available in different versions.
