Faster support, shorter lead times and local technical expertise. Customers in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador now have direct access to Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC)’s services in the field of card clothing. To further improve customer support and ensure rapid on-site assistance, TCC has expanded its service network in these countries.
This expansion underlines Trützschler’s commitment to the textile and nonwovens industries in the Andean region. Peru is home to one of South America’s most established spinning mills, specialising in the production of Pima and Tangüis cotton, whilst spinning mills and nonwovens manufacturers in Colombia and Ecuador are investing in improvements to quality and productivity. Professional servicing of carding assemblies plays a key role in maintaining consistent carding performance. Precise assembly, optimised machine settings and expert troubleshooting can help spinning mills maximise the service life of the assemblies and ensure stable product quality.
Local presence
All regional service activities are supported by Trützschler Card Clothing’s head office in Germany, which offers expertise in the fields of spinning and carding. “Our aim is to provide our expertise as close as possible to our customers’ locations,” says Thomas Streicher, Regional Sales Manager for Latin America. “With the expanded service network, we can offer faster support whilst maintaining the high service standards for which Trützschler Card Clothing is renowned.”
Partnership with Tejidos Jorgito in Peru
In Peru, the largest of the three markets, TCC has entered into a partnership with Tejidos Jorgito. The company is providing workshop facilities that serve as a local service hub for the region, enabling TCC specialists to provide services relating to card clothing as well as technical support to customers in Peru and neighbouring markets.
