Intergraf has announced that applications are open for the 2025 Young Talent Award, an initiative for the future of the print industry. This year, the award invites young talent to explore how print companies can inspire younger generations to pursue a career in the print industry.
In a time of rapid digital transformation and changing career expectations, the print industry faces growing challenges when it comes to attracting young people to a career in the sector. This is a crucial issue for ensuring a qualified workforce in the future.
Since its launch in 2017, the Intergraf Young Talent Award has been a platform for the next generation of print professionals to share ideas with industry leaders. A panel of experts will select the winner, who will receive EUR 3,000 in prize money. The three best entries will also be presented to associations, companies and suppliers and published on the Intergraf website.
Students, trainees or employees of the printing industry from an Intergraf member country with a maximum age of 25 years are eligible to participate. Submissions must be in English and should be two to five pages in length. Visual aids necessary for the presentation can also be submitted. A short CV of no more than two pages should also be included. The deadline for submissions is 28 February 2025.
