With the launch of a new editor, Gustav Daiber GmbH is enhancing its existing online configurator for print and embroidery orders with a powerful design tool.
With the 24/7 configurator established in 2025, Daiber offers a simple and transparent way to calculate prices for printing and embroidery orders. The textile company is currently driving forward its transformation into a digital corporate fashion platform by combining calculation and design.
“With the new editor, we are expanding our configurator to include visual product design, thereby extending our sales-supporting digital offering with 24/7 availability in the finishing sector. This enables us to offer our customers decisive functional added value for their finishing projects during the quotation phase, when advising end customers and also when placing orders – and marks another milestone in our digital strategy,” explains Steffen Frank, Head of Digitalisation/Business Development at Daiber.
AI-generated inspirational images
The highlight of the editor is the integration of AI-generated inspirational images. Based on the uploaded design, the tool creates application scenarios and displays the finished product in use. The AI recognises the context of a logo and generates matching visual concepts in industry-specific settings. Alternatively, rear views can also be visualised, even if only the front was initially configured. A selection of AI models is available for different styles, which can be used to generate visual worlds. In addition to the integration of the new editor, the existing configurator for price calculation has been further developed. With the multi-item capability, users can calculate a quote for an order containing several items simultaneously. A particular added value lies in the ability to flexibly transfer configurations, once created, to other items or areas.
Accompanying campaign
To mark the launch of the editor, Daiber is running an accompanying campaign from mid-April to mid-May. The focus is on the company’s full-service approach, combined with benefits for customers: a 20 per cent discount on finishing costs for printing and embroidery, as well as ten free, finished shirts for the 2026 World Cup for every order over €1,000 net.
