Anna-Lena Pölitz joined the Hamburg-based consultancy Apenberg & Partner in the Human Resources division at the beginning of this year.

Anna-Lena Pölitz completed her Master’s degree in Business Psychology at the Business and Law School in Hamburg in September 2023. During her studies, she supported the Apenberg & Partner team as an analyst for two years. Anna-Lena Pölitz has particular expertise in strategic and operational human resource management as well as in occupational aptitude diagnostics and organisational psychology. She also works as a systemic coach and specialises in the application of artificial intelligence in personnel selection.
Before Anna-Lena Pölitz joined Apenberg & Partner, she had already gained experience as an HR consultant. ‘I am proud to be part of the renowned consulting company Apenberg & Partner and I am looking forward to supporting our clients’ HR requirements in a future-oriented and profitable way,’ explains Anna-Lena Pölitz.
